Q2. Will my reports update automatically for new time periods? What about new products or expansions?
Yes, as long as this is available in the source data, your reports will dynamically reflect these changes—no extra work needed!
Q3. Can I see actual numbers in a table along with the graphics? And my profit and loss statement?

Q4. What if I can’t update my reports in the future?

Q5. Can I zoom into specific areas and use the graphs in PowerPoint?
Absolutely! Your dashboard can handle much more historic and detailed data than Excel, enabling smooth zooming and detailed exploration. You can even embed the dashboard in PowerPoint, allowing you to zoom in and drill down during your presentations.
Q6. Can I still do deep-dive analysis with Microsoft 365 programs like Excel?
Yes, and even more efficiently! In Excel, you can pull detailed data directly from your Power BI dashboard or export data from individual visualizations.
